The Goddess Shrine Project developed in response to the need for a permanent Sacred Space to honour the Sacred Feminine Divine.

Everyone is welcome to stand at the altar of The Sacred Feminine Divine. The Goddess is accessible to people of all religions and beliefs. She has no dogma. She stands in a Circle where all are equal, and all have equal access to Her.

By identifying the Goddess as The Sacred Feminine Divine, we open the path to deeper understanding for all.

There are so many ways to honour the Divine, and The Goddess Shrine provides many avenues for communication. Visitors may like to attend the Shrine to;

Light a Candle to mark your presence in the face of the Goddess
Pray to the Goddess; a prayer is any type of communication with the Divine.
Leave an Offering for the Goddess at the altars; offerings are Gifts to the Goddess; visitors leave items like flowers, fruits, statues and other small symbolic fetishes, chocolate, money, wine, and much more.
Leave your wishes and messages on the altar. Every lunation the attending Priestesses and Priests perform a ritual to send your wishes to the Goddess. - This ritual is open to the public to attend. Please see the list of dates and times on our 'Visit' page.
Or any number of other ways to honour She Who Is... Use your imagination....

Please do not bring Candle Offerings to The Goddess Shrine.

The Goddess Shrine is dedicated to honouring the Sacred Feminine in all Her forms—as part of this we honour the Earth, and we DO NOT support the destruction and pollution of the Earth in any way.

There is no harm to bee, environment or person in the making of our candles. Non-food grade paraffin wax commonly used in the production of candles often contains oils and impurities which may be toxic or harmful. Paraffin oil (kerosene) and the solid form paraffin wax are petrochemical fuels. And the 'exhaust' from a paraffin candle is toxic and not safe to breathe.

The candles provided at The Goddess Shrine are free from paraffin, palm oil, soy oil or any other hazardous ingredient. Our safe, all natural ingredients include the finest, hand picked Australian beeswax. The oil, bees wax and production facilities are all food grade.

Please respect The Goddess Shrine by only using the candles provided.

Paraffin Wax is a desecration of the Goddess—Mother Earth.

Beeswax is a gift from the Bees to the Earth Mother.
